I was invited to speak in Tbilisi, Georgia during "European Week." The Atlantic Dinners event was held at the presidential palace. Fellow speakers included Georgian President Mikheil "Misha" Saakashvili, Georgian Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs on Police Reform Ekaterine Zguladze, New York Times Columnist Anand Giridharadas and Tunisian Blogger and Activist Bassem Bouguerra.
