95 1st ave just south of 6th. The owner also runs Tillman's on west 26th which is one of my favorite places to chill.

This week on the Hater podcast, Amelie Gillette and Baratunde Thurston, The Onion's esteemed Web Editor, read the entirety of an unabridged edition of Moby Dick—yes, including the chapters about harvesting the spermaceti and other whale parts—aloud into their microphones. When they listened back to their recording, however, it sounded like a discussion of the Dove Foundation's position on Harry Potter; How much the Real Housewives owe Bravo; the impressive "cellular acting" of Renee Zellweger; and the tyranny of cupcakes. So, that's weird. Have a listen for yourselves.
[btw, this was mad fun! yay amelie!!]
Apps on the iPhone are a big deal, but there are so many of them that it can be hard to find the good ones. It's fun to compare your own selections with favorites from friends and we thought it could be fun as well to see what some well known geeks around the web say are their favorite apps.
Below you'll find app recommendations from the following people: Matt Mullenweg, founder of WordPress, Chris Messina, open source community organizer, Marnie Webb, co-CEO of TechSoup Global, Baratunde Thurston, Web Editor at The Onion and Andy Baio, founder of Upcoming.org and now CTO at the soon to launch startup Kickstarter.com.
I don't even use an iPhone anymore, but I do use the iPod touch. Same thing basically.
