Re-Live Inauguration Through My 197 Twitter Updates. Mark Your Faves
It's safe to say I went buck wild on Twitter during my inauguration journey. This short update tool proved quite appropriate as my primary medium of instant coverage. I'm still uploading photos and videos, but Twitter was my live mic.
I posted updates from my Macbook Pro on the Amtrak, from my friend's house where I stayed and, all too often, from my T-Mobile G1 in sub 20-degree temperatures. Even if you were following me, you probably missed a lot. Thanks to Twitter search, I've found every update I posted from the train ride down on Friday to my seated and aching position on my couch in NYC the day after.
The updates are posted in reverse chronological order, blog-like, so start from the bottom and work your way up. I think the funniest updates are from the Sunday concert while the angriest are clearly from the disastrous Youth Ball. Post your favorites in the comments!
