After Barack Obama rejected public campaign financing, John McCain and conservatives criticized him for going back on his word. Shouldn't they be happy? Here we have a black man finally getting off public assistance, and the Right still isn't satisfied

Holy Crap! Only 99 messages left in my gmail inbox

This is an amazing day in email history for me. For the past 10 months or so, I’ve had at least 500 messages in my gmail inbox. Then I met a US Marine returning from an eight month tour of duty in Iraq. Now, I love the Philadelphia Airport.

I never learn my lesson about venues!

Out in San Francisco right now, the night after a Laughing Liberally show / Drinking Liberally party part of the Young Dems Convention out here. We did the “show” at a bar with no lights, no stage and a weak mic. When will I learn???
